Ngākau Oho “To awaken the holistic self, to rise” – Online sessions
Ngākau Oho Sessions consist of Mahi Rākau (staff) , Mahi Tinana (body movement) , Mahi Hā (breath) and a short clearing/re-generising meditation.
Each session is live via online platforms for approx 45 mins to 1 hour.
You will need a quiet space, a mat , cushion or seat, a Rakau about the size of a broom, and water.
This movement and meditation workshop is a collaboration of traditional Māori healing modalities weaved together to create a space that awakens an awareness to your holistic being.
Participating will foster wellbeing that is attentive to individual and collective experiences of Wairua, Hinengaro, Tinana, and Whānau.
This workshop will help to facilitate more positive experiences that range from healthier ways to approach daily tasks, to shifting trauma that can block energy in the body thus effecting the spiritual health. Sessions are open to all who would like to attend, and will run for one hour.
